Mentawais Dreaming with Bianca Buitendag

Paradise is a fairly common term when we talk about some of our favorite travel locations, Tahiti, Hawaii and the Seychelles have been some of our most memorable destinations. But when we caught up with Bianca Buitendag last week, and she shared her photos from her recent Mentawais surf trip, it didn’t take us long to add this incredible part of the World to the top of our ‘must-go’ travel list.

It may be a mission to get there, (and when we say mission, we mean 3 flights with 2 stop overs, totalling 30 hours. Two ferries and a car) but once you arrive, all of that seems to melt away.
